Light Service

This afternoon, we ended our Christmas festivities with our Light Service. We all visited the church where it was set up with an array of candles in preparation for our staff to share the retelling of the nativity story. We shared the 'Peace Candle' that had travelled all the way from Bethlehem and ended with 'peace babies' - jelly babies. These were given out at the end of the war to signify peace to the children.
